Equipment Guidance
The Mixing Kettle & Tinting Kettle is built for Architectural Paints, Industrial Coatings, Printing Inks. It is selected when the batch has to be blended homogeneously without the shear damage a disperser would cause.
It works up to low to medium viscosity coatings. Product-contact parts are Stainless steel 304 / 316L.
The agitator geometry keeps the whole batch moving rather than only the zone around the shaft, so colour, filler and additive distribution stay consistent from batch to batch.
Capacity is 200 - 10,000 L, with motor power 2. Vessel size is matched to the batch and the available floor space.
Bottom discharge, side discharge and hydraulic discharge arrangements are offered, with vacuum and jacket options where the formulation requires them.
