POLYC MACHINE operates from a 9,000 m² manufacturing facility in Shanghai, combining assembly halls, a material testing laboratory, and an inspection area under one roof. The factory is staffed by 80+ engineers, technicians, and production personnel, with machining, welding, assembly, and electrical panel build carried out in-house.
The on-site laboratory supports incoming material verification, viscosity and particle-size checks, and small-scale dispersion trials before equipment leaves the factory.
