POLYC MACHINE dyes and pigments production lines are designed for manufacturers of organic pigments, inorganic pigments, and dye intermediates. For pigment production, the key process is wet grinding to achieve the fine particle sizes and narrow distribution required for high color strength, transparency, and gloss. Our horizontal bead mills use zirconia grinding media (0.1-3.0mm) to achieve nano-scale particle sizes, while our high-speed dispersers provide efficient pigment wet-out and pre-dispersion before fine grinding.
