15. Warranty & After-Sales
This section describes the standard POLYC MACHINE warranty and after-sales support for industrial grinding, dispersion, mixing and processing equipment. Final terms are confirmed in the individual sales contract or proforma invoice.
Standard warranty. A 3-year warranty applies from the shipment date, covering defects in materials and workmanship when the equipment is installed and operated in accordance with POLYC MACHINE guidance and the supplied documentation.
What is covered. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in structural components, drive assemblies, mixing or grinding tools, seals and instrumentation supplied by POLYC MACHINE, together with the cost of approved repair or replacement of defective parts.
What is not covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, operation contrary to the operating manual, inadequate utilities, normal wear, consumables (such as grinding media or wear seals), unauthorized modification, or foreign-object damage.
After-sales support. POLYC MACHINE provides remote technical support, spare-parts supply and commissioning assistance. On-site installation guidance and operator training can be arranged as a chargeable service according to the project scope and destination.
Acceptance & returns. Equipment should be inspected and accepted within 7 days of arrival at the destination. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, POLYC MACHINE will arrange repair or replacement. Customized or made-to-order equipment is produced to the agreed specification and is not eligible for return without cause.
Spare parts. Key spare parts and wear components are planned and supplied to support continued operation for the expected service life of the equipment, with commissioning spares and longer-lead critical items identified at handover.
