- Custom Powder Feeding System: Flat-bottomed large powder load hopper mounted on the kettle lid, with a movable opening and closing plate at the bottom of the feeding port
- High-Viscosity Mixing: Butterfly mixer with spiral blades for plaster wall putty and high-solids materials
- Pressing & Filling: Integrated pressing machine and filling machine for efficient packaging
- Flexible Configuration: Equipment designed to handle multiple product types including putty, paint, adhesives, sealants, and waterproof coatings
Results
The customized plaster wall material production line was successfully delivered and installed in Mexico. The custom powder feeding system solves the high-solid content powder addition problem efficiently, with no dust or spillage during operation. The butterfly mixer handles the high-viscosity plaster putty effectively, and the integrated pressing and filling system ensures continuous production for multiple product types.
