How it works

The PZB laboratory pin type bead mill is designed for small-batch wet grinding and dispersion in the laboratory. The pin-type agitator inside the horizontal grinding chamber accelerates grinding media and applies impact and shear to the product. Its small chamber volume (0.2 to 1 L) minimises product loss and allows fast screening of formulations, media charges and process parameters before scaling up to production machines.
