Description
How it works
The horizontal paddle blender is a versatile industrial powder mixing machine designed for high-volume production of dry mortar, wall putty, tile adhesive, gypsum-based compounds and other building material powders.
Featuring a multi-layer paddle agitator design, the mixer creates efficient convection mixing that ensures rapid, uniform blending of powders with different particle sizes and bulk densities. Optional high-speed flying knives can be installed for fiber dispersion, lump breaking and agglomerate reduction.
The horizontal design provides large loading capacity and easy discharge. Available with pneumatic or manual discharge valves, jacketed heating/cooling, and various spray systems for liquid addition. Widely used in building materials, chemicals, food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries.
