Description
How it works
The horizontal non-gravity mixer is a high-efficiency convection mixing machine designed for rapid, uniform blending of dry powders and granular materials. It fully utilizes the principle of convection mixing to achieve fast mixing cycles with high homogeneity.
Inside the mixing chamber, there are two sets of blades rotating in opposite directions at high speed. Each blade has been scientifically calculated and positioned to create intense material cross-flow, ensuring rapid and uniform mixing even for large batches.
The non-gravity design eliminates material stratification and achieves consistent mixing quality regardless of bulk density differences. Widely used for dry mortar, building materials, chemical powders, fertilizer, feed and other industrial powder blending applications.
