Description

How it works

The PSM multi-shaft high speed dispersing kettle integrates several high-speed dispersing shafts with a low-speed agitator in a single vessel. The high-speed discs provide intensive shear and dispersion, while the low-speed agitator keeps high-viscosity material moving and prevents dead zones. This combination is suited to high-viscosity coatings, sealants, adhesives and pastes where a single disperser cannot move the full batch.

Equipment Benefits

Equipment Advantages

  • Multiple shafts handle larger, higher-viscosity batches.

  • Low-speed agitator eliminates dead zones and improves uniformity.

  • Single vessel combines dispersion and mixing.

  • Scalable from 600 L to 5000 L.
