How it works
The filter filling machine is an integrated production system that combines filtration and filling operations in a single compact unit. It is designed to streamline the final stage of paint, ink, coating and chemical production by removing impurities and contaminants from finished products while simultaneously filling them into packaging containers.
The machine features a high-efficiency bag filter housing that removes agglomerates, skin particles, dust and other contaminants from the finished product. The filtered material is then transferred to an automatic filling head that dispenses precise volumes into cans, buckets, pails or drums. The filling system supports both volumetric and weight-based filling modes for accurate, consistent fill levels.
Available in semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, with options for multiple filling heads, conveyor systems, capping machines and labeling machines. The integrated design reduces material handling, minimizes product loss and contamination risk, and improves overall production efficiency.
