How the helix blade works
The helix blade design is based on butterfly blades with spiral blades added to them. When the shaft rotates, the spiral blades actively push, fold, and force material through the moving blades. The material is not merely circulated — it is sheared, folded, and driven through the flight, generating significantly greater shear force during mixing and dramatically improving the interaction between components.
