Basket Mill

PZM Basket Mill is a multi-functional submersible wet grinding mill for batch processing. It possesses both grinding and dispersing function. The optimized design for basket mill ensures that your materials pass through the high density dispersion zone within the milling chamber at a high frequency, with much higher grinding efficiency than traditional media milling systems. Our PZM basket mill requires less clean-up and a reduction in waste solvents. Premixing, dispersion, and grinding are all completed in a single vessel, helping reduce material transfer losses and cleaning time.

The planetary mixer is specially for material with high viscosity up to 1,500,000 cP It is a highly efficient, multi-purpose equipment integrating reaction, mixing and dispersion; The stirring paddle in the kettle orbits and rotates simultaneously, so that the material flows up and down and around, so as to achieve the mixing effect in a very short time, there is no dead angle in the mixing process and the effect is more than ten times that of the ordinary mixer.
