For 1,000,000–3,000,000 cps: The Planetary Mixer
When a product is so viscous it barely flows, conventional agitation is no longer enough. For this extreme range we deliver a higher-efficiency planetary mixer whose high- and low-speed blades rotate on their own axes while revolving around the vessel — combining self-rotation and revolution for mixing efficiency conventional systems cannot match.
Low-speed blades include twisted, folded-blade, and frame types; high-speed blades include serrated and butterfly types. The millimeter-level clearance between low-speed blades gives 360-degree, dead-zone-free coverage while increasing shear and compression.

After the batch is ready it must be discharged and filled — and container formats vary enormously. We supply filling machines for 20L pails and drums, cans and tins, small-mouth plastic bottles, syringes and cartridges, 502-type instant adhesives, silicone sealant tubes, and toothpaste-style tubes.
